Shipping Policy

  • We deliver across India in both Prepaid and COD mode.
  1. All orders (except Pre-Orders) are dispatched within 72 hours and delivery takes 6-12 business days.
  2. We deliver the products throughout the world using our logistic partners DHL, Blue Dart, Speed Post, and for domestic delivery using established Local Couriers depending upon the destination.
  • For International Orders-
  1. We accept Prepaid International Orders.
  2. For international deliveries, please note that the courier company would bill any kind of customs or duties as applicable for the ordered items separately to the customer at the time of delivery which will depend on the rules and regulations of the country.
  3. The duties and taxes are not included in the price of the product.
  4. Please note that, duties and taxes if any are to be borne be by the customer only.
  • For Express Orders-
  1. We offer 48 hour Express delivery (on business days only) for urgent orders across India with an additional charge of Rs. 200. Orders placed before 2 PM IST will be shipped the same day and orders placed after that will be shipped the next business day.
  2. As of now, the Ambrosia range is for delivery in Delhi NCR only. This range of products are made to order and we endeavor to deliver it to you within 2 days of preparation. Delivery from the date of order may take up to 10-15 days. You can reach out to us for any special requests in terms of packaging.
  3. The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet.



  • Exchange/Return terms and conditions: Applicable on MomsJour Clothing only
  1. Exchange request Notification should be given to team within 5 days of the delivery.
  2. Please call/ WhatsApp our Customer Care Team on +91 7303319449 during business hours or email us at or use the “Return” tab on the website.
  3. All exchange items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags and original packaging will not be accepted.
  4. The customer shall send the garment back to us in sell-able condition. Once the garment is received and inspected for quality, we shall initiate the exchange process.
  5. In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should b­e notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snapshot at Alternatively you can initiate the request using the “Return” tab on the website.
  6. Any item received by us, under return/ exchange initiated by you, that does not meet the conditions stated conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  7. There are two modes to return the product to us:
  8. Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick-up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request
  9. Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pickup at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of MomsJour credits provided the product meets the return policy and stated conditions; and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.   10. In case you want to return a product without exchanging, subject to applicable policy, store credits shall be issued.
  11. If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you on Momsjour within the specified exchange period for the same size or different size of same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
  12. Applicable refund for exchange will be trigger post successful pick of original item from you.
  13. Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • Non Returnable Products:

  • Rejection of Return/ Exchange request:

Return/ Exchange of purchased Products shall not be entertained if:

  1. The Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If we are satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, we shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product;
  2. The Product has been washed;
  3. Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not MomsJour or directly are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  4. The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User;
  5. The serial number/IMEI number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match our records;
  6. The accessories delivered with the Product (such as chargers, earphones, user manuals, etc) are not returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition;
  7. There are any scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof;
  8. The gifts accompanying the purchased Product have not been returned, or upon being returned, show signs of being used, washed, or defect; or
  9. Momsjour is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable.
  10. Momsjour will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Momsjour would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
  11. Momsjour shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of the items purchased on Momsjour if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in MomsJour’s sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
