  • Being a mom can be really hard sometimes, and for early parenthood can be downright overwhelming and exhausting. Studies reveal that if you want the best shot at having an optimistic approach to parenting, you need to build a network of support to help you through the difficulties, especially during pregnancy and early motherhood. Having the support of a community unlocks numerous skills and resources to make your life calmer if not easier as you navigate the motherhood journey. That, in turn, relieves some of your maternal emotional distress and allows you to look at situations with more optimism and a sense of connectedness with others that gives your effort even more purpose.

Though it is best to hire someone through reference but there are some placement agencies that provide the placement services for a commission. It is best to start looking for one much in advance through social circle or mom groups.

My wife has not delivered her baby yet, but hearing negative experiences of hiring maids to take care of infants had me rethink of hiring one in the first place. As my elder sibling had hired a few of them and seen their kids have been neglected and treated poorly through the CCTV at home, I suggest even if you had to hire a maid to help caring for your own kids, you as a parent had the responsibility to keep an eye on your child, better than the maid themselves.
